"Beer bread" Broken up peices of rie bread,is soaked in water and sugar, heated, and then served with milk (kinda like porridge) It can be made with Denmark's Christmas beer- hence the name beer bread. |
Ris A La Mande is a Danish dish with a French name.

Also Gløgg is mulled wine.
